Twin Flames by Kanta Bosniak, the latest poem book in the 'Love Collection'
I found all three of the books to be fun and full of positive things. I actually was pleased to see the illustrations that she provided throughout all three books. I thought two of the books, Awakened Love and Love Poems along…

Welcome to the Order of the Shadow Accords
Thousands of years ago, the earth was a war zone where demons and fae battled. To protect the earth, the supernatural races set up the Accords, a set of rules for how they could coexist. As part of the Accords, demons would live in the Abyss, fae would live in the Faelands, and neither would have the…

True love never dies.
Emma Donohue begs to differ.
When a late night accident claims the love of her life, Emma secludes herself in memories of James. In his sandy brown hair and clear blue eyes. In their innocent first kiss and declarations of love. In their plans for a life together after college. But happy dreams can’t rid her of the guilt she carries. She can’t erase her actions the night he died. She can’t erase her reaction at his funeral. And she can’t erase the…

So...hi!
If you've stumbled upon this blog and are taking the time to read my ramblings, I thank you! Here's a little background on how my story came to be.
I've been writing as a hobby for a little over a year now and no one knows (except for four exceptional people). I'm sure I'm going to get a lot of questions when my authoric attempt is revealed. (Yes, authoric is a made-up word. I think it…

Romantic suspense is one of my favorite genres, and Kay Thomas’ Hard Target has all of the elements of this genre that appeal to me and make the Elite Ops series one I plan to follow.
Thomas has created a compelling plot with mystery, suspense, and romance that increasingly builds in complexity and tension and is chockfull of action, which made this a fast and engaging reading experience. I had a difficult time finding a stopping place because I was so eager to see…

I was happy to have the opportunity to review the much anticipated sequel to Lisa Desrochers’ A Little Too Far, and just like the first book, A Little Too Much does not disappoint!
If you haven’t read A Little Too Far, which introduces the main character, Alessandro Moretti, whose story is featured in A Little Too Much, I strongly recommend you do so before reading this book and perhaps this review.
Alessandro is a handsome young man who is filled…

When I think about how to describe my reaction after reading this beautifully written love story between Harlow and Marcus, the first adjectives that come to mind are intense, powerful, and bittersweet. Themes of love, loss, abandonment, betrayal, and redemption are all intricately woven into this emotionally-gripping plot that will tugged on my heart-strings and left me breathless by the end.
Harlow Chase’s character is “real” the type of young woman you…

The first book in the Wolf’s Mark series is an erotic and unique world of werewolves.

One botched spell later and now he’s a werewolf with his own dog talking show with an unquenchable thirst for sex. Gwen is desperate for a change and when an inheritance from her…

When I read the first book in this series, Eternity, I compared it to riding a roller coaster blindfolded because of its intensity, and Everlasting is just the same. Immediately I was immersed back into this creative, imaginative realm of vengeful ancient Egyptian gods wreaking havoc in the human world. I actually went back and reviewed Eternity because there are so many characters and story threads that have been introduced, I wanted to make sure I remembered the crux…

I really enjoyed reading Waking Up Dead, a post-apocalyptic zombie novel that provides a morbidly fascinating look at the stark reality and morality issues that survivors continue to face even two years after an outbreak that decimated society. The book successfully blends horror and romance together into an adrenaline-packed narrative that grabbed my attention from the start and kept me enthralled until the final sentence.
The protagonist of the book is Jackson Hart, a…
