The first book in the Beloved Bloody Time series is a fun, steamy and exciting travel adventure.

In the 23^rd century, vampires created the Chronometric Conservation Agency to preserve history and protect humanity’s future. The agency also offered tourists trips back into the past with vampire guides called travelers.

When Tally takes a client back to 1314, she is taken hostage by Robert MacKenzie for ransom.  Rob and Tally soon realize that the growing bond between is more than just sexual.  Christian, Tally’s ex-lover time jumps to bring her home and finds himself as drawn to Rob as much as he is to Tally, but they can’t stay in the past or risk certain death.

This book is an entertaining and unique tale with an interesting concept of time travel with intriguing twists and turns. The author switches time periods smoothly throughout the story with great detail without overwhelming or confusing the reader.  The settings are vividly painted drawing the reader into the story and making them feel like they are part of the adventure.

The chemistry between the three characters is scorching hot and the author arouses the imagination with explicit sex scenes, sexual language and menage and some anal sex. The reader can easily relate to the compelling characters and their emotions in this captivating read.

When it comes to time travel books I am a picky reader and I found this book to be a well written and engaging read with a smooth flowing plot, full of suspense, drama and two sexy alpha males that keeps the reader engaged and wanting more.  The world created by the author is creative and fun with lots of potential and I am looking forward to reading the next book in this great series.
