What I have to say:

Monica’s psychic ability makes it difficult to let anyone in much a less a lover, but there’s something about Owen and Alec that encourages her to open up physically, emotionally and psychically in this sizzling erotic romance.

When Monica touches an object she gets not only the images but the entire sexual experience of the person the item belongs to and of course being labeled a freak has kept her emotionally closed off, especially in the relationship department and the reader can’t help but get caught up in the story as Owen and Alec not only open her heart but has her exploring desires she didn’t know she had. The characters are strong, compelling and easily related to and the fast paced and smooth flowing plot holds readers captive with lots of suspense and passion.

Expectation builds right alongside passion as the story progresses and the frequent sex scenes including m/f/m, mm/f, m/m and light bondage scenes, scorch readers with a fiery intensity that leaves readers with a burning passion of their own. And with the added excitement of the reason that Owen and Alex is at the hotel chain just adds additional spice to the story, especially as they take advantage of Monica’s passion in a few unexpected places. The well written scenes and details ignites fantasies and brings the story to life and the well orchestrated events and suspense ensures that the reader can’t put the book down until they have read every last sizzling page.

I was completely caught up in this story from the very beginning and the author’s unexpected twists and interesting elements added a freshness to the story that made for a refreshing change and I am looking forward to reading Monica’s sisters’ story to find out what happens with their psychic abilities.

Introducing Saskia Walker:

I'm British by birth, but because of my parent's nomadic tendencies I grew up traveling the globe -- an only child with a serious book habit. I dreamed of being a writer since the age of 12 and finally began writing seriously in the late 1990s. By then I'd got myself a BA in Art and Cultural History, a Masters in Literature and the Visual Arts -- and I'd worked in all manner of diverse careers -- but the stories in my head simply had to be written.

I was first published in the small press under the guidance of the British fantasy writer, Storm Constantine. As well as fantasy and romance, I was also dabbling in erotica. I wanted to incorporate all these elements in my writing and more. My first erotic short story was published by Virgin publishing's Black Lace imprint in 1997. From then on every spare moment was spent on the stories that bubbled away in my imagination.

My short story work has now been published in over one hundred anthologies including Best Women's Erotica, The Mammoth Book of Best New Erotica, the Red Sage Secrets series, and the Black Lace Wicked Words series. My erotica has also been featured in several international magazines including Cosmo, Penthouse, Bust, and Scarlet. It was such a thrill for me to find that editors and readers enjoyed my stories!

In the noughties I started working on longer projects and since then my novels have been published by two New York publishing houses as well as several smaller publishing houses. To my absolute delight two of my novels won Passionate Plume awards and my work has twice been nominated for an RT Magazine Reviewers' Choice Award. It's been an amazing journey! I'm now a full time author, and I have many more stories to tell.

Nowadays I live in the north of England -- close to the beautiful, windswept landscape of the Yorkshire moors -- with my real life hero, Mark. Mark supports my work through all its ups and downs, and runs the tech side of this website. He also manages to keep me sane and grounded when fiction threatens to take over.
