My Review:

A single mom, Jenna once dreamed of a handsome Frenchman sweeping her off her feet, what she could never have dreamed of is being saved by one after being attacked by a vampire and now she’s being told she’ll have to give up her humanity in this riveting Immortal Guardian novella. 

 This fast paced and smooth flowing plot has readers shivering in anticipation as Richart dates Jenna and fights the ever growing vampire population. The author brings the story to life with well written scenes and details that have the reader feeling as if they are part of the story and well orchestrated suspense that draws the reader in and exciting and believable action that adds thrills. The characters are strong, compelling and continue to captivate readers.

Jenna and Richart’s attraction burns hot enough to scorch the vampires, but the relationship is hindered by Richart’s secret life.  The reader can’t help but feel good with Richart’s courtship of Jenna and his loyalty to her and his friends.  Jenna is a strong woman who readers can tell will be perfect for Richart…too bad, I would have liked to have him for myself, oh well I’ll just have to decide on one of the other Guardians…hmmmm (like that would be such a hardship).

While short, this novella packs quite a punch, it reveals some new tricks the bad guys have their sleeves and there’s never a dull moment and of course it makes me hunger for my next Guardian fix.
