My Review:

Snowbound with Erik on the winter solstice, Olivia discovers he’s cursed by abominable needs and a desire that might destroy them both is this fascinating paranormal romance.

This fast paced and smooth flowing plot keeps readers shivering in anticipation with suspense and romance. The author brings the story to life with well written scenes and details that capture the imagination and the fascinating world ensures that the reader wants to know everything. The characters are strong, compelling and grab the reader’s attention and draw them deeper into the story.

Olivia has avoided Erik for over a year and denied her feelings as well but when circumstances force her to be in his presence, she’s torn by what he’s saying and the feelings she can no longer deny. Erik keeps trying to push her away before his curse destroys them both but with the enemies circling he has to keep her safe from them as well. The reader can’t help but get caught up in their story and emotional turmoil that these two have to go through to even have a chance at a happily ever after bringing tears to the eyes and sending shivers down the spine.

The story is a refreshingly different paranormal story all around and I love her spin on the mythology of the story.  It is intriguing and exciting and Olivia and Erik’s characters are perfect for each other. I was spellbound by the story from the very beginning and it only gets better and I was not ready to for the story to end, although I must say it had a great conclusion.
