My Review:

A year after walking away from Gage, Riley’s past is back to haunt her and this time it’s got a gun in this thrilling romantic suspense.

When Gage Lawson finds his brother shot to death, he’s certain that it is payback for his part in the loss of Riley’s parents. The reader can’t help but get caught up in the story as Gage sets out to confront Riley only to find out that their attraction still burns as hot as ever and that everything may not be as it seems. The characters are strong, compelling and grab the reader’s attention and the plot is fast paced, smooth flowing and full of suspense, action and passion.

There is never a dull moment as the readers are kept on their toes with lots of well orchestrated suspense and action that draws the reader and ensures that they want to know the whole story and spine tingling excitement builds throughout as Riley and Gage have to go on the run while the try to determine just what the heck is going on. The well written scenes and details capture the imagination and the surprising twists keeps the readers wondering “who done it”.

This quick romantic suspense held me captive from the very beginning and not only did the suspense keep me hopping but so did the relationship as there was plenty of conflicting emotions keeping it full of ups and downs.
