My Review:

Pretending to be human to survive, Lu is living in fear of discovery when an incident reveals her astonishing powers and she becomes the target of a manhunt. Magnus, the stranger of her dreams rescues her but stays emotionally distant but when a shocking secret is revealed, they must risk everything to save their kind from extinction in this fascinating paranormal romance. This story is really long and it is not action on top of action but that makes no difference because the reader gets completely caught up in the story and there is no way to put it down before they know the end.  I also want to point out that I was a little worried at the beginning and it threw me considering how much I liked the previous books, but it is a short section and soon everything became clear and it adds insight to Lu’s life.  Other than that, like I said I couldn’t put it down, there was just too much I had to know and I loved the ending…very fitting.
