My Review:

The Prince of Hell, Derek Wescott has been set up on an online date and wagers have been placed on the outcome but when he meets Jaclyn he will do just about anything to make her completely and infernally…his in this captivating paranormal romance.

This fast paced and smooth flowing plot charms the reader and keeps the hovering on the edge of anticipation with suspense, excitement, humor and romance. Cynthia Cooke brings the story to life with well written words and details that capture the imagination and the romance adds lots of drama and excitement that draws the reader deeper into the story.  The characters are strong, compelling and grab the reader’s attention right from the start and ensure that they want to know more.

Jaclyn certainly feels the chemistry between her and Derek and the sex between could set hell on fire but the relation is what has explosions going off. Derek is a smooth talking charmer and wants everything his way, but his family is a manipulating psychotic interference he doesn’t need, he manages to put himself in the dog house all by his lonesome.  Jaclyn has some emotional issues that she has to deal with but handling Derek’s secret may be more that she can take. 

The story is full of drama and excitement to keep the reader’s on the edge of their seat with some humor thrown in to lighten things up, lots of passion to spice things up and there are a couple of surprising twists to keep the reader guessing. I was completely ensnared by this story and its fascinating characters from the very beginning and I was very intrigued with the author’s take on Hell and how it’s run, I think there could be lots of possibilities for the future of this world if she decides to visit it again. Oh and let’s not forget that sexy red hot cover…yummmm!
