My Review:

The first book in the Others of Seattle series is a thrilling read that keeps reader’s on the their toes. Music is Trevor Malone’s passion, until he lays eyes or Roxana, now he just has to find a way to introduce her to his world, only problem a rival clan won’t rest until they’ve taken Trevor down.

This fast paced and smooth flowing plot keeps spine tingling tension building throughout with suspense, action, drama, magic, obsession and romance.  The author brings the riveting story to life with well written scenes and events which inspire vivid images that makes the reader feel as if they are part of this wonderful paranormal world.  Strong compelling characters are easily related, arouse curiosity that has the reader wanting to know more and capture the imagination. 

The attraction between Trevor and Roxana is hot enough to set the world on fire and the sex scenes are hot and steamy, scorching the reader with passion.  The relationship has a few snags, but these two found their other half and is not going to let anyone stand in the way.  The reader easily gets caught up in their story and finds humorous, sad, happy, mystical and inspiring moments throughout their romance, and some fun snarky and tough dialogue between friends as well. 

Obsession adds spice to this drama, as one ex-boyfriend that doesn’t want to move on, one want to be girlfriend who is obsessed with revenge and want to be evil father who is obsessed with controlling his newfound daughter. Add all that together with some down and dirty fighting and the story never gets boring.

The author has created a fantastic world of others that has captivating characters and intriguing elements that grab the reader’s attention.  This series is connected to the Others of Edenton and those characters do make appearances in this story, but you do not have to read the previous stories to enjoy this one, although if you haven’t I’m sure that after you read this one, that you will want to and of course be impatiently waiting for the next one like me.
