My Review: 

What they had was a long time ago, but now Kaya and Sylas must put aside their past and work together to survive, but the real challenge will be trying to reclaim their love and start over in this captivating shifter romance.

This fast paced and smooth flowing plot enthralls readers with lots of suspense, action and romance. The author brings the story to life with well written scenes and details that capture the imagination and the strong compelling characters draw the reader deeper into the story while the suspense and action scenes are believable and add lots of excitement.

The attraction between Kaya and Sylas still burns hot despite the pain they caused each other years before and the reader can’t help but get caught up in their story as the sparks fly while trying to work together to save the wolf pack.  Kaya and Sylas grab the reader’s attention from the very beginning of the story as their passion jumps off the pages but also their determination to move into the future. That passion for life jumps off the pages and guides their steps as they try to discover who is behind the deadly attack.

Spine tingling tension builds throughout the story as the danger from the deadly virus escalates and the relations between the wolves and the cougars stay on the edge of disaster.  The author has created a fascinating world of shifters that has some refreshingly different elements and captivating characters. I was completely caught up in the story from the very beginning and I can’t wait to read the next one.
