This is another one of those late reviews, but that is not to say I didn’t enjoy Ashlynn’s Dreams by Julie C Gilbert. Sometimes books just get lost….somewhere…

MY REVIEW
Jillian is twelve years old, a precocious twelve year old. She is intelligent, opinionated, a little full of herself with a BIG personality. She is filled with southern charm that people could not resist. She also has a lot of courage and she is going to need it.
Danielle, her babysitter, has great respect for her and wants only the best for her.
Jillian is kidnapped, along with her babysitter and finds out she has a brother.
Scientists and secret experiments that raises all kinds of questions. Even though Ashlynne’s Dreams is fiction, some reality bleeds through. And, as usual, my anger rises to the surface. Who died and allowed them to play God?
The science fiction and psychic blend together seamlessly.
When Ashlynn enters Varick’s dream, I couldn’t help but laugh at the battle and her ability to change it. The humorous writing will appeal to young and old alike.
I voluntarily reviewed a free copy of Ashlynn;s Dreams by Julie C Gilbert.
