Kallysten's A Kiss of Blood

This is a stand alone story in The Pacts series. It is a short quick romantic read that is well written and engaging. 

I wasn’t really getting into the book at first, seesawing between the present and memories, was kind of throwing me off. But at the same time it was a very intriguing tale, so I just had to keep on reading and by the end of the book I the story came together and I really liked it.

The story engages the reader’s emotions and the characters draw them into this world of vampires and humans.  The only disappointment I had is that it was over way too soon.
