MY REVIEW
Whether above ground or below ground, Eddie Generous has written a collection of hair raising, blood curdling glimpses into his world of horror. I think it is very hard to write short stories and novellas, but he did a fantastic job creeping me out. An overall rating:
3 Stars
The Howl: A howling wind, blood sacrifice, and the spiders rule in this creepy tale that left me confused and glad it was short. 2 Stars
Of The Knoll: Reaping what he sowed turns Justin’s vacation into a trip to hell and back, and just when he thought he was safe. 3 Stars
We, in the dark, together, forever: I laughed at him turning the light switch off and running for the bed, but I sure wasn’t laughing when his dreams became reality and evil was let loose. 3 Stars
Slithering: The title is so appropriate, and I love this twisted, creepy love story. 4 Stars
The Weight of Solitude, the Pressure of Conscience: Think twice before you make that reckless move on the highway. because your mind will not let you forget, haunting you forever. 4 Stars
Dead Lake: Ya don’t want to swim in Dead Lake and I found out why, but thinking I know how this will end doesn’t make it any less creepy. 3 Stars
Over the fields and through the Woods: I loved this twisted tale of a life of despair and what could happen when pushed to your limits and you need a helping hand. 4 Stars
