Cloak and Mirrors is Book VI of the Black Swamp Mystery Series by P M Terrell. I feel the characters have become my family and I have shed my share of blood, sweat and tears as I traveled through their adventure with them, side by side.

If you love romance, suspense, non stop action, with tons of thrills and chills, this is a series you will want on your reading list.

MY REVIEW

I just can’t stop reading the Black Swamp Mystery Series by P M Terrell. I have become so engrossed in this unique family and the dangers they face, that I have read the last three, including Cloak and Mirrors, one right after the other.

Vicki and Dylan, with their sweet romance, Brenda and Chris with their hot, passionate romance, and Sam, the one that keeps them busy with their missions. He has become more ‘human’ in each story and I have enjoyed watching his personality come to life.

Vicki’s last mission was too close for comfort, so she is on leave. But, that’s okay, she has a wedding to plan. And, where will the wedding take place? Ireland, of course.

Accessing hidden passages, sneaking through tunnels, arming themselves with whatever is at hand, they will need to call on their energy, all their reserves, everything they have to make it out of this one alive. Why? What is so important to the Russians that they followed them to Ireland, determined to kill them all. 

A ghost will be their ally, as the guys try to avoid those who hunt them.

WWII, Catholics, Protestants, Russians, microchips..

Chasing, running, nonstop action…How do the Russians know where they are? Why is nowhere safe?

I have my thoughts, and I wonder…

As I am reaching the end, and the bombs are exploding, bullets flying, I am terrified for the group. Will P M Terrell be cruel enough to take one of them out. I have come to love each and every one for what they bring to the family and I would feel a terrible loss if I were to lose anyone.

I have rode a horse, ran through the swamp, slipped and slid through things too horrible to mention…Please let them all make it out of this Hell in one piece, alive and well.

Whew, I feel like I have been rode hard and put up wet. So much action and nail biting suspense, it was hard to take a breath, at times. I was afraid I would miss something. I am sorry to reach the end of the stack of the Black Swamp Mysteries in my Kindle. Will there be more? Even though the stories have been wrapped up in a pretty package, P M Terrell has left the door open.
