Guest Book Review - Executed in Paradise by Deborah Brown (Paradise Series Book 9) from Elizabeth Sanders Towns @ Early Risers plus $25 Amazon/Paypal Giveaway
"Although I have read all of the books in the 9-part Paradise series, each one can stand alone, because the story line that Deborah Brown comes up with for her two main female detectives are unique in each book.
Executed in Paradise is no different in that regard. Unusual private eye Madison and adept and well-kept freelance P.I. Fab have murders piling up in their own backyard – way too close to home – and they need to find out who is responsible.
In the middle of their investigation on the case, they take on non-related cases for Brick and Spoon, and good detective work plus humor are the order of the day. Unfortunately, Fab & Madison’s friend gets arrested for the murders and now they have to find the killer to prove her innocence.
One of the things that makes Deborah Brown’s writing great is the development of the characters that make up the family hat surrounds these two P.I.s, and the extended family around them. We get to meet them and find out more about them with each mystery, from Madison’s mom to ex-husbands: they all have a story to tell!"
