My Review:

The first book in the Love’s Defenders series is a thrilling action packed and emotionally captivating paranormal romance.  I was totally mesmerized by this story and had to finish it, no matter the tears that came to my eyes at some points and some of the emotionally disturbing subject matter.  I was very impressed with how the author handled the subject and combined it with a surprising and interesting outcome for the young woman. Along with all the great characters that caught my interest, the world itself is fascinating and I definitely will be looking for the next book in the series.
