'I highly recommend the entire series, but if you only pick one – this would have to be the one!' from Life as Leels reviewing Hearts at Play by Melissa Foster
Book #6 The Bradens, Love in Bloom Series #9
"I hate that I always start my reviews with something along the lines of loving this series, but seriously, there isn’t anything else to be said!
I love this series!
I lost a lot of sleep on this one. I started the book Saturday night around 11pm and was up until 2am reading half the book. Sunday night, I was up again until 2am and then finished the last little bit Monday night before bed. I had to force myself to put it down.
Jack Remington may have been my favorite man up until this, but Hugh Braden is definitely my favorite Braden!
I didn’t pay much attention to Hugh in the previous books because frankly, I thought he was a cocky (although hot because all the Braden boys are) man whore. I really did not care for him and wasn’t really sure how this book was going to work with my distaste for Hugh, but let me tell you… he is nothing like I thought he was.
He is definitely hot, but he is a lot like Treat and definitely a Braden. And any man that can fall in love with a single mom and their child – they are a winner in my book.
Like I’ve said a million times, I highly recommend the entire series, but if you only pick one – this would have to be the one!"
