- I write books for tweens, teens, and adults, too! I'm a book addict who has worked as a journalist and humor writer. I'm originally from Michigan and I've lived in South Dakota, Portugal, and currently reside in southwestern Ohio where you can find me reading and writing when I'm not catching up on my favorite shows : Hart of Dixie, The Goldbergs, Switched at Birth, American Dad, Dallas, and Devious Maids. I'm a die-hard Detroit Lions fan, too. I got my master's in American Culture from the University of Michigan-Flint.
