Alignment, Congruence, Coherence, Synchronization, Synchrony, and entertainment.

A Ranch Day Retreat is written for the non-rider, and non horse person. If you love horse, all the better. We're simply following the advise of Albert Einstein who said:

Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.

Expect the measurable benefits of increased Emotional Intelligence (EQ) in two main areas:
Personal Competence and Social Competence,
as well as developing personal skills in
Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness and Relationship Management.

NOTES:

It's a personal and leadership development work that includes equine facilitated learning, which makes it unique and interesting. Title: A Ranch Day Retreat.

Encourages readers to take time out for reflection, and I hope imparts the values of Trust, Compassion, Stability and Hope.

Its format starts with tools like meditation and visualization and then moves on to describe equine  studies, and the concepts of bonded pairs, alignment, congruence, coherence, synchronization, synchrony, and entertainment.

Further chapters discus leadership and lessons imparted by Today’s Natural Horsemanship philosophy. Followed by Work Ethic, and it wraps up relating to the Prayer of St. Francis, and reflections on Emerson and Thoreau.

A Ranch Day Retreat is just about to be published on Amazon.  (Apx 250 pages, and 750K words)
