Event Description

Building a Story
Whether you are a plotter or a pantser, writing a novel or series requires story building. Characters, world, location, action, love, and mystery are the blocks with which stories are built. Author, Liz Schulte will discuss various methods to plot or identify plot holes in your next novel as well as the basics of story engineering.

Character Creation
A good character keeps you reading until the wee hours of the morning. A great character stays with you for days after you finished a book. Join author Liz Schulte to learn how to create three dimensional characters that will leave your readers begging for more.

After The First Draft
You have finished your first draft of your book, now what do you do? Author Liz Schulte will share with you her methods for filling out the story, checking your time line, self-editing, and preparing your manuscript for the editor.
