TITLE : CRAVE

AUTHOR: FELICITY HEATON

PUBLISHER: FELICITY HEATON

DATE PUBLISHED: MARCH 4, 2012

BLURB:

Enter the dark, sinful and seductive world of the vampire owners of London's premier vampire erotic theatre, Vampirerotique, and discover how these powerful vampires are brought to their knees by the women who claim their hearts.

His mind has been set on his work for the past one hundred years. Now a forbidden beauty has stolen his attention and is threatening to steal his heart too.

Callum has come to the city of romance on business, not pleasure, but when he sets eyes on a gorgeous werewolf in a nightclub, he can't ignore the dark carnal craving she ignites in him. His work for Vampirerotique, the erotic theatre he runs with three other vampires, can wait. The only thing that matters now is satisfying his sinful hunger for a woman who most vampires would consider an enemy.

Kristina is on the run from her pack. Her alpha is intent on forcing her to bear his child and she's not about to live through the same nightmare as her mother had. When a tall, dark and sexy vampire catches her eye, she can't believe the ferocity of the desire he unleashes in her or the fact that she enjoys the feel of his eyes on her and his silent pursuit of her in the clubs each night.

When Kristina finally gets a taste of Callum in a forbidden kiss, will she be strong enough to resist the allure of the vampire and his offer to share his bed for a week of unbridled, wild sex, or will she surrender to her own craving for the safety and passion she finds in his embrace?

MY REVIEW

This is the second book in the Vampirerotique series and I find this title to be hotter, steamier and more sizzling than the first book

Crave is about Callum an elite vampire, who is part owner of Vampirerotique.  His job with the theatre involves scouting for new talent. He was on a mission in Paris to scout for new talent to perform at the theatre. While there he encountered a werewolf named Kristina.   Callum found himself drawn to Kristina which he found strange at first since vampires and werewolves were sworn enemies. Kristina is on the run from her pack (located in England) as the alpha was intent on forcing her to bear his child.

Callum’s focus has been on his job with the theatre and as such did not have time for any form of relationship. However that all changed when he met Kristina.  Their meeting was quite explosive.  He was intent on making Kristina is own.

Kristina is rather strong-willed and very self-reliant, however in spite of these attributes her greatest fear was having her heart broken. It was this fear that was preventing her from getting close to Callum even though she was intensely attracted to him.

Crave is a story of love and loss. It speaks to the crippling effect that fear can have on our lives if we allow it to. The love scenes are quite hot and as such this book is only suitable for mature audiences.

If you love hot and steamy paranormal romance then this book is a must read.
