New Release Review! Jilly’s Wyked Fate (Ashland Pride #7) R.E. Butler!

Mountain lion shifter, Jilly Fallon, has been waiting for nearly three years to turn twenty-one, so she can finally – finally! – officially mate Wyked and Fate Myers, the twin brothers who have stolen her heart. When a panther is injured at a clan gathering and Jilly can’t help, the clan healer takes her to visit a fae healer so she can learn what she needs. During the second visit to see the fae, they find themselves protecting a young girl with pink and blue wings, and a secret that got her family killed.

Wyked and Fate Myers feel like the last three years have taken an eternity. Now that she’s finally theirs, they’re ready to start a family with their beloved mountain lion. During the last full moon before their clan begins to travel, an old enemy resurfaces, intent on making Jilly suffer for her betrayal. When Wyked and Fate are gravely injured, will she lose them both?

Contains M/F/M interaction and a happily ever after worth waiting for.

I have been waiting impatiently to read Jilly’s story as I am sure Jilly was waiting impatiently for the day of mating to finally take place and I have to tell you that it was well worth the wait. Jilly, Wyked and Fate are strong, charismatic characters that have fascinated me since they met each other. And now, well their passion had each and every page smoldering with some intense heat and well their mating was anything but boring as they sure had lots of emotional issues and other exciting events taking place, so there was never a dull moment anywhere in this book. The Ashland Pride is always fascinating and have easily captured my heart and continue to do so even as it grows, the stories are full of suspense and excitement as well as the wonderful romances that spark such spectacular multiple partner relationships.

R.E. Butler continues to bring readers stories full of passion and enjoyment by describing her worlds and characters with vivid detail that brings them to life and makes it so easy to pretend to be part of the story as it unfolds. Which of course, is how I became and continue to be so totally caught up in the Pride and their adventures and I don’t think that the author could have made Jilly’s Wyked Fate any better as she also introduced new characters and given us hints to future stories which I am certainly looking forward to.

Jilly’s Wyked Fate is the 7th book in the Ashland Pride series.

The 8th book - Embracing Ehrin will be available June 4, 2018.
