My Review:

The first book in the Twisted series is a mesmerizing and intriguing romance that stands the test of time.  Majesta’s life has become a life full of mystery and being hunted by the darkest man alive. The only bright spot is Magnusson who has been waiting five hundred years to find her.  Can he be man enough to keep her and not turn her or will he lose her in death?

The steady paced plot keeps the reader guessing as to what comes next with lots of suspense, drama, romance and surprising twists.  The author describes the scenes with well written events and scenes that draw the reader right into the story and the strong compelling characters are easily related to and grab the reader’s attention. Tension builds throughout the story as the danger to Majesta escalates from more than one enemy.

The chemistry between Magnusson and Majesta radiates from every page and the sex scene is hot and steamy, but the relationship keeps getting interrupted by dangerous incidents, the past and Majesta’s confusion over what is happening to her and if what she feels is real.  The reader gets emotionally caught up in the story from the very beginning which starts off on a dark & lonely street and Majesta’s abduction and the reader is moved to tears at a couple of points during the story.

Overall the story is intriguing with some interesting elements that add spice to this pretty dark tale of obsession with lots of violence. While there were a couple of instances of confusion for me, overall the story was enjoyable and entertaining.  The confusing elements were minor and the story and characters were captivating enough to overlook them, so I am looking forward to reading the next story in the series.

I am a military brat turned military wife.  My husband spent 16 long years in the military and in that time I found my voice in writing.  We have had some very tough times in the almost 15 years we have been married.

I have been a stay at home mom with my two amazing children.  They have brought many different challenges into my life and I wouldn’t trade them for anything. My daughter is the reason for my two children’s books.  She is my muse for many of my books.  She likes to push mom to do more and better things.

Over the past five years I have written many different things.  Five novels and many different short stories, two go with my Twisted Fate Series of books. It has always been my goal to find a publishing house to publish my books.  I finally found that house in Bar Publishing this past December. I am currently working on the fifth novel to the Twisted Fate Series.

When not writing I love to do crafts, which turn into SWAG for all my amazing fans.  I also love to read and have tons of books on my ereader.  I have a love for Paranormal Romance books along with some YA books.  I have a wide range of things I love to read.
