My Review:

Innocent and naïve, Lila Carmichael is swept away by an uncharacteristic abandon when she meets the sexy Alexander Wolfe, but as emotion and lust entwine she begins to question the motives behind her covetous hedonistic desires in this erotically charged contemporary romance.

This steady paced and smooth flowing plot mesmerizes readers with lots of passion. The well written scenes and details capture the imagination and the romance draws the readers deeper into the story. The characters are strong, compelling and grab the reader’s attention from the very beginning.

The chemistry between Lila and Alexander is combustible from their very first meeting and burns out of control throughout the story with frequent sex scenes that erupts into a fiery inferno of passion. The reader can’t help but get caught up in their story as the couple try to navigate their relationship while they explore their extremely sensual desires including a few kinky scenes and f/f assistance. Lila and Alexander as a couple incite the reader’s fantasies of the ultimate passionate experience and they capture the heart as each have emotional issues – Lila’s vulnerabilities and Alexander’s over protectiveness - that they have to overcome before they destroy what they have.

The way the story is written is a little on the slow side and maybe just a little too much, but at the same time the reader really gets to know what each of the characters are thinking and get a real understanding of their personalities and what they are feeling throughout the story which gives a rather unique viewing of their sizzling romance as they strive for their happily ever after.
