Blurb:
Shaylee Tannia is a banished fairy with the powers of healing and nature at her disposal. One wintry morning, she stumbles upon an injured and dying were-bear. Saving his life leads to a connection she didn’t expect and the love kindled between them is hot enough to melt the snow. But all is not easy with their newfound love…a brother’s claim threatens everything.
Can she bridge the gap between them or will choosing both be the end of it all? When a demon from her past jeopardizes all she holds dear, will the cost of her freedom be the lives of the ones she loves most?
This story contains one pissed off fairy, a were-bear that doesn’t want to share, over-protective mates, a sacrifice of blood and flesh that will melt your heart, and m/f/m interaction.
My Review:
Shaylee has been lonely since she was banished but believes she has finally found happiness when she saves a dying were-bear, but that happiness is threatened when she discovers she is equally drawn to his brother in this captivating paranormal romance.
This fast paced and smooth flowing plot captivates readers with suspense and romance. R. E. Butler brings the story to life with well written scenes and details that inspire vivid images that capture the imagination. The strong and enchanting characters draw the reader deeper into the story while the well orchestrated suspense ensures that the reader wants to know how everything works out for Shaylee and her two suitors.
Shaylee burns hot for Lynk and finds happiness in his arms, but when he takes her to the den, she discovers that she burns just as hot for his brother, Tavian . The reader can’t help but get caught up in their passion as they try to work out a solution and the frequent hot and steamy sex scenes.
If the romance isn’t enough there’s even more excitement when Shaylee’s uncle arrives and threatens to destroy everyone she’s come to love. I was completely caught up in the story from the beginning and as with all her stories, the author adds her own little surprising twists to the characters that make them stand out and I can’t wait to read the next one.

About R E Butler:
I always wanted to be a homebody and live in one place for my entire life, but fate had other plans. In the past twelve years of my married life, we’ve moved seven times, including from one coast to the other. Southern New Jersey is home now and I love it. I have two young children, a husband who begrudgingly pays for my ebook addiction, and two dogs that think they’re people. After college, I spent eight years as an executive assistant before “retiring” at twenty-seven to become a stay-at-home mom. I have a soft spot for self-published authors, Ghirardelli chocolate, muscle cars, and men with tattoos. Most people who know me don’t know I have a tattoo of a tiger on my hip or that I have an unhealthy obsession with The Simpsons.
I love sunsets, several cups of coffee in the morning, and I absolutely cannot live without books. When I’m not busy with my family, you’ll find me sitting at my desk working on any number of projects, including reading, reviewing, and writing.
