My Review: 

The fifth book in the Titanium Security series is a thrilling action packed romance that packs an emotional punch.

Having lost everything that mattered in a terrorist attack four years ago, Dr. Grace Fallon has dedicated her life to eradicating the world of chemical weapons, accepting all inherent risk involved.  When she inadvertently becomes a target because of the man that’s haunted her for so long, she is forced to accept his protection and while she trusts him to keep her safe, can she trust him with her heart again?  Having no choice but to leave Grace four years ago, NSA agent Alex Rycroft will risk everything to win her back. When the terrorists he apprehended escapes and Grace’s life is in danger again, he will sacrifice everything to save her – including himself.

This fast paced and smooth flowing plot keeps the reader on the edge of their seat with lots of action, suspense and romance.  The author describes every scene with vivid imagery and detail ensuring that the reader gets totally caught up in the drama.  The characters are strong and compelling, easily related to and grab the reader’s attention from the very beginning.

The attraction between Grace and Alex is strong and radiates heat from every page and the sex scenes hot and steamy, but the relationship is not only complicated by the past, but by the current situation that they find themselves in.  The author conveys the personalities and emotions of the characters with an intensity that captures the readers’ emotions and invoking tears in a few places and smiles and cheers during most of the scenes.

Once I started reading this book I was captivated from the prologue all the way through to the very end and had to keep turning the pages.  This is the first book I have read by this author and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it and I will be reading more books by Kaylea Cross, especially this series as I want to rest of the team’s stories.
