Ju Dimello's (Inevitable #2) Panther, Be Mine

Blurb:

(Off Goodreads)

Book 2 of the "Inevitable" series

Her heat brings them together. His fear forces them apart.

Shea’s heat might be ten years too late, but her feline side knows exactly what she wants. And her panther wants her best friend Darian as her mate. The “holiday romance” proves their sexual compatibility is explosive. But will she be able to convince him they belong together?

Darian is battling his own demons. When Shea asks him to teach her to handle her heat, he is unable to say no. He wants to touch her, taste her and mark her as his own. But when she asks for more, he cannot say yes. He’d rather stay away to keep her safe. From him.

My Review:

The second book in the Inevitable series is an intriguing shapeshifter romance. The author introduces a couple of new characters that capture the reader’s attention and the world she has created is intriguing, unfortunately there is not enough information in the short stories to get a good grasp of the surrounding setting, there are quite a few things going on that need to be expanded on to make things a lot clearer, but overall it still a worthwhile quick entertaining read.

3 ½ STARS 4 ½ FLAMES

Inevitable series:

The feline shifters are fierce, independent and emotionally scarred. Struggling to rein in their wildness being a full time work, they're certainly not in the market for a mate, but where hearts are involved, love is not only a "heat" away, but also inevitable.

And coming soon:

About Ju Dimello:

(Off author’s site)

Ju Dimello has two vices. First: Tall, dark, and brooding heroes. Second? Torturing them until they agree to a happily ever after.

To compensate for having been a proverbial geek—complete with thick glasses(she now wears contacts), Ju does the dutiful wife job by day and vents her emotions during the night by writing. Why night, one might ask? That's when her rugged heroes are tamed by strong, sensuous heroines... one spicy adventure at a time. Better than devouring chunks of decadent chocolate or indulging in extra-cheese pizza to tempt the taste buds? Well, almost...

She doesn't drink, not even coffee(Oh so boring, right?). Instead, she finds her passion for writing sizzling hot romances better than any stimulating beverages to fortify her through the cold, Canadian winters
