My Review:

This action packed romance is a thrilling and spicy read to keep the reader warm at night.  Public relations expert, Olivia Reese stumbles onto evidence of a dangerous conspiracy and there is only one man she can go to for help – her former lover.  A member of the Hostile Operations Team, Billy “The Kid” Blake will do whatever it takes to keep Olivia safe, but as time runs out can they work together to thwart a lethal plot against the Pentagon without getting involved again?

This fast paced plot keeps readers on the edge of their seat with suspense, action and romance.  The author brings this novella to life with vivid descriptions that capture the imagination and adrenaline pumping action that grabs the reader’s attention. The characters are strong, compelling and easily related to and have the reader wanting to know more about this unit.

The chemistry between Olivia and Billy is off the charts and the sex scenes are smoking hot, but the relationship starts pretty rocky due to their past relationship and emotional issues that the reader can certainly understand.

The author has created an enjoyable action romance with captivating characters. I haven’t read the other books in the series… yet and while I found this one a little short, I am intrigued with this HOT team and I will have to read more books about these spicy members.
