My Review:

Another Sin sister meets her match in the third intriguing novella. Constantly greedy knowledge, Gemma has spent her life consumed with researching the Valendite Breed history, but her time to live is upon her as she meets Seamus.  Seamus has found his gem, but his best friend is missing and he is torn between his mate and his brother-in-arms.

This fast paced novella adds more action to the intriguing world of the Seven Sin Sisters and their mates and uses vivid imagery and details to capture the imagination.  The tension continues to build throughout the series as the TEU continue to search for their enemy and find out how close their secret has become to being exposed.  The strong compelling characters continue to charm and intrigue with their fascinating connection to each other and the prophecy that links them all.

The attraction between Gemma and Seamus burns hot enough to singe the reader as they read with enough frequent hot and steamy sex scenes to stimulate the senses.  Each sister grabs a piece of the reader’s heart as the reader follow their stories and their part of the prophecy, but I think Gemma is the most vulnerable, so far, and commandeers a bit more than the others that the reader can’t help but be excited for her as her Pronouncement ceremony approaches.

The continuing conflict between the stories continues intrigue with these teasing glimpses of ongoing events, so while each novella could be read separately, the whole conflict is better understood by reading the stores in sequential order, although I reading the second and third back to back, I did notice a couple of déjà vu conversations.
