What I have to say:

Kyden’s instincts are raging as he struggles to keep Nexi close, but ready or not he and Nexi are sent to hunt down a killer and there’s a demon out there, one with one burning desire – to shed Nexi’s blood in the name of vengeance in this thrilling urban fantasy romance.

Kyden’s overprotective instincts is causing a few problems with their relationship but when tragedy strikes the Otherworld Nexi alone will be put to the ultimate test and the reader can’t help but get caught up in the love and devotion that Nexi and Kyden feel for each other as the danger escalates. The hero and heroine on their own are quite compelling but together Nexi and Kyden make a combustible couple that demands attention and the passion between them burns even hotter while the fast paced and smooth flowing plot thrills readers with lots of suspense, excitement, romance and magic.

Excitement and tension builds throughout the story as tragedy strikes the guardians and they become aware of a deadly plot full of revenge and death and Lexi is meeting some interesting characters that all want something from her adding even more intrigue to the story. Unexpected twists and a few surprises keep the readers as well as the characters on their toes while the well written scenes and details capture the imagination and bring the story to life with the well-orchestrated events ensuring that there is never a moment that the reader can put the book down.

The world is fascinating with some unique and interesting elements that has the potential for lots of exciting stories and there are lots of captivating characters to add spice and depth to the story, especially as Kyden and Nexi’s life is full of magic and mayhem and I can’t wait to read the next one. And speaking of intriguing characters…wait until you meet Willow – she’s got lots of attitude and few surprises too.
