My review:

The first installment of the Paranormal Shifter Biker Romance series is a thrilling quick read that keeps readers on their toes.  Ruby Thomas is the company executive sent to salvage a deal in middle of Omaha, Nebraska. Josh is the small town boy with a strange secret who rides in on his motorcycle to save Ruby when her car breaks down in the middle of nowhere. Ruby’s never lost control before especially in bed but there’s always a first time for everything.

The fast paced plot keeps readers on the edge of their seats with action, suspense and red hot passion.  The author brings the short story to life with vivid imagery and details that capture the imagination and strong compelling characters that grab the reader’s attention and has them wanting to know more.  To spice the story up even more, there is some tension and an ongoing conflict with a rival pack that Ruby gets caught in the middle of.

The attraction between Ruby and Josh explodes from the pages and the sex scenes scorch the reader with their vibrant intensity.  But every potential relationship has is its problems and this one is no different.  Where they live being a big problem and of course Josh’s strange secret might be a bit much for a city girl to take in.

The story is really short of course and I really hate waiting for the next installment but the overall plot has definitely caught my interest along with the captivating characters. I was caught up in this quick read from the very beginning and I will impatiently await the next.
