My Review:

The first book in the new steamy paranormal romance series, The Tarot Witches is a thrilling and action packed read. There’s magic between Ofelia and Trouble that neither understands, but before they can explore it they need to break the chains that bind them to Lobo Norte, to the Fang Brothers biker gang and the dark secrets of their past. 

The fast paced and smooth flowing plot keeps readers on their edge of their seat with suspense, action, violence, drama, and romance.  The author brings this fascinating story to life with well written events and scenes which inspire vivid images and make the reader feel as if they are part of the story.  The characters are strong, compelling and inspire lots of curiosity that has the reader wanting to know more.  Spine tingling tension builds throughout the story as the violence and danger escalates.

The attraction between Ofelia and Trouble is red hot and burns up the pages and the sex scenes scorch the reader with vibrant intensity. Trouble grabs reader’s attention with his silent, sexy alpha bad ass attitude and Ofelia captures the heart with her past and the strength it takes to survive Lobo Norte.

The reader can’t help but get caught up in the story with all its intriguing and fascinating elements that really reach out grab the reader’s attention with the turn of every page.  There is lots of surprises and twists to keep the reader guessing with lots of captivating and charismatic characters that draw the reader deeper into the story.

The author has certainly created a unique and refreshingly different paranormal series and spices things up with the mysterious tarot cards and dark and dangerous elements that really arouses the curiosity. I was totally enchanted by this entertaining read and I am really looking forward to reading the next one.

You would think that writing about myself shouldn’t feel awkward after producing a few books, but it is.

I’m an Air Force brat who was born in the midwest, lived overseas for a few years, and came back to the United States to settle down in beautiful, barren Nevada. I’ve known that I wanted to be a writer for almost my entire life, after I finally gave up on becoming a velociraptor, and I wrote my very first book when I was twelve.

When I’m not writing–which is seldom–I’m nose-deep in geek culture. I am insane about movies. My favorite part is arguing about them, because whatever opinion you have is definitely not as good as mine. I’m also a big dork for video games. My Steam library is a force to be reckoned with, and my favorite game of the week is Kerbal Space Program.

Other hobbies include tickling my son until he passes out from giggling, cuddling my army of black kitties, and eating the delicious Italian food my husband’s restaurant makes. I’m also a strict meatarian and eat bacon for two meals every day.

For the record, because I do get asked all the time–I was born in 1988, so I’m not as young as I look, but younger than I have any right to be. My cheeks are frequently described as “pinchable,” but I’d like to see you try.
