The second book of The Manhattanites series is a well written sexy read with humor, strong characters and real life emotions that completely engage the reader from beginning to end.

Taddy is a strong character with a very take charge personality who runs her own company and she’s not afraid to take what she wants.  Until Warner comes into her life and she has to open her heart.  All the characters in this series are bewitching and draw the reader further into it leaving the reader wanting to know each of their stories. 

The author grabs the reader’s attention and keeps it throughout with the descriptive way she describes her red hot sex scenes and the way the emotions and drama leap off the pages making the reader totally relate to the story.

I was impressed with the way the author balances the emotions, the humor and the sex with the plot of the story and the sex being equally dominate in this book, creating a fantastic read.  There author uses some smutty language during the sex scenes that adds to the scene and does not overwhelm the plot.

I love that the author created a story with a high powered corporate woman that owns her sexuality and yet she is still a woman.  The author also created some unique concepts that will spark a lot of interest. Vajazzaling, just wow!  Also, while Warner is a red hot captivating male, the story concentrates mostly on Taddy. 

I am looking forward to reading more in this series and future books by this author.
