- Hello, my name is Janey Bowyer, and I'm looking forward to connecting with others on Literary Addicts.
To tell you a bit about myself, I live in London and run a yoga and self-help blog called www.thewordsprite.com.The blog came about after my own struggle to keen Zen in the past due to working full time, writing and teaching yoga. I offer holistic solutions to modern living. I'm also a fiction author and love American novels from the first half of the 20th century.
If you are wondering where the title The Word Sprite sprung from, well a sprite is a kind of fairy, and some say I remind them of one!
